maxkb支持的知识能力有限，需要联合多种支持知识工具进行RAG，希望支持注册外部知识库，以快速增强maxkb的知识获取能力。

Please describe the solution you suggest

与注册大模型类似。通过绑定与maxkb知识库检索接口兼容的API来注册外部知识库。
然后我就可以愉快地将数据库查询、网盘、搜索引擎、ragflow检索等工具建立中转API就能让它们全部为maxkb所用
