导入python-docx不支持的word版本到知识库时，没有识别到分段内容后台也没有报错。

同样的文档上传到文档提取节点就有提示信息了。

原因是python-docx不支持word2003及之前版本的文档，希望给出友好提示，例如建议升级word版本等。
