Problem Description

上传知识库文件时报错，且未提示哪里出错。

• 上传知识库文件

• 提示出错

知识库文件见附件：

中国共产党纪律处分条例（人工分段）.txt

Steps to Reproduce

1. 上传附件中的知识库文件《中国共产党纪律处分条例（人工分段）》

2. 使用高级分段，选用空行进行分段

3. 点击开始分段后，执行出错

The expected correct result

正常处理各类文本文件分段和向量化作业。
