After logging in to the UI, it is not clear how to use the github resolver

We have documentation on how to use the cloud resolver here: https://docs.all-hands.dev/modules/usage/cloud/cloud-github-resolver

But these instructions are not easy to find through the UI.
We should fix this so it's easy to know how to use the resolver for people who have only every looked at the UI.

The open source version says fix-me in GitHub Actions and the cloud version says openhands for the label. Its a bit confusing to go between the two.

Also it would be good to add a link to cloud in the Cloud section of the instructions link
