Document how long data is persisted

Currently it is not clear how long data is persisted including:

1. The files in the workspace (I believe this is 14 days)
2. The conversation history (I believe this is also 14 days)

It would be good to document this.

• Runtimes stay "warm" for 30 minutes (after that they'll take 1-2m to start back up)
• The workspace stays around for 14 days
• But the conversation list currently only shows your most recent ~10 conversations, and won't show anything older than 10 days
  • If you know the link to your conversation you can still load it manually
  • Updates coming soon here!
