Think about a way to make LBN querying using SCI/RAC ranges work better

Implementing an analysis function and adding an LBN entry in the PRE_SET_EVENT/PRE_DAQ_EVENT/PRE_SWEEP_EVENT/MID_SWEEP_EVENT results in the odd situation that you can not look that entry up using the RAC/SCI LBN getters.

Both the RAC and the SCI IDs are calculated before the PRE_SET_EVENT in DC_Configure, but these are only stored in SweepSettings waves and written to the LBN after the sweep.

Another problem is the function interfaces. The call GetLastSettingSCI(numericalValues, sweepNo, key, headstage, UNKNOWN_MODE) can return a hit where headstage does not have an entry but another headstage. This is confusing.
