After syncing notes containing special characters (e.g., {}, <>, [], |, , etc.) or code-like symbols (without using code blocks) to AppFlowy Cloud, all pages become inaccessible and display as completely empty. This occurs even when the special characters are part of normal text content (not in /code blocks).
How to Reproduce
Create a new note containing special characters (e.g., {test}, x < y, [sample], etc.) in regular text
Sync to AppFlowy Cloud
Try to reopen the note or other existing notes
Observe blank/empty pages
Expected Behavior
Expected Behavior:
Notes should sync properly regardless of content
Special characters in regular text should be handled normally
Existing notes should remain accessible
Actual Behavior:
After sync, all notes appear empty when opened
No error messages displayed
Problem persists after refresh/relogin

The default page (the guides that you see when you first sign up to AppFlowy) itself already contain special character, so we do have quite a large number of existing documents using special characters. This is probably caused by some other issue.
Can you either join the discord and send us the document and workspace id in private, assuming that you are using the managed service? Alternatively, you can also send us this information via the support email. We can provide additional information on how to get the document and workspace id.
In addition, do you observe any error message on the application log (can be exported via settings) when you open the empty pages?
