🐛[BUG] 启动速度过慢14s #3644

问题：软件启动速度过慢，手动计时花费14s，这速度简直和matlab有得一比了，难以理解。

版本：r13，r15都是

系统：win11 24h2 ， win11 23h2。ubuntu下启动速度正常几秒就行

硬件：7745hx 4070m ssd

Win11 23H2
R15
R9-7945HX 4060Laptop
开机后的第一次启动特别慢随后的启动速度都是正常的
