Map search with polygons not functional?

When I tried to select the polygon drawing tool in Map Search for CLH , it doesn't allow me to use it as best I can tell - clicking on the map after highlighting the tool at the top reverts to moving the map around with the mouse arrow and does not draw a shape. Perhaps this has not yet been made to work?
