Enable map visualization on collection profiles

Requested by a SEINet user who reports:

there used to be a way to generate a map of all of the collections under Show Geographic Distribution. I loved that feature. Is it still available somewhere?

SEINet user points out that the existing search forms require multiple parameters other than just "collection", thus producing such a map is not straightforward using existing tools.
