Searching for Collector through Collection Management page does not work

I am an Administrator for a CCH2 collection. Recently, when I go through the Data Editor Control Panel to search my collection by Collector there is an error that states: "No records found matching the query." This also happens if I use %% around the name. I frequently use this search strategy.

If I search CCH2 through the Record Search page by Collector then there is no error.
