[Bug]: Image tags are lost when using Record Cloning feature

What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Occurrence Editor for an existing record
• On the Occurrence Data tab, scroll down to the Record Cloning box
• Check the Carry over images checkbox
• Click "Create Record(s)"

Expected behavior: All image data is copied over to the new records.

Actual behavior: All the image data is copied over except the image tags.
