在什么场景下，需要你请求的功能？

查阅了wiki没有发现相关文档
需要分享网页版给不懂这个项目的朋友使用，所以需要进行一些默认设置

解决方案

在配置文件中提供一些默认配置的项
比如说我需要默认的service 设置成OpenAI
number of threads 设置成默认50
Use BabelDOC我想设置成默认勾选

OK 2.0的重构过程可以考虑上。@awwaawwa 加在config里，应该就可以了。
