I've added https://www.googleapis.com/auth/user.birthday.read in my scopes array and when signing in, I was presented with an additional consent where I had to confirm that I allow my app to access birthday information.

However, after giving the consent I still don't get the birthday information.
The birthday on the Google account is set to be publicly visible.

How should I obtain user's birthday information?
