Deep cloned bitmaps cannot be displayed on Edge and IE

Issue Details

• Version used: 1.0.2

• When I deep clone a bitmap by accident, and add the clone to the stage, the clone isn't displayed.
  bitmap.clone(true)

• OS & Browser version:
  Windows 10
  Browsers
  -Edge 38.14393.1066.0
  -IE 11.1914.14393.0

• Do you know of any workarounds?
  Use shallow clone instead

Seems like a browser bug. When added to the DOM, the cloned image will display in the Canvas. Not 100% how else to work around this bug.

This only happens when I deep clone. I don't think there's a reason to deep clone a bitmap since you can't add children to it. Maybe it should always default to shallow clone for bitmaps.
