Sounds not loaded in IE 11.0.9600.17959, but it is works fine in 11.0.9600.17416
"fileerror" event does not tell anything, there is not error information.
Someone faced with this problem? how to solve this issue?

Have you had any luck here? My guess would be the file format is not supported in IE. I am going to dig into this a little.
