Loop issue between HTMLAudioPlugin and WebAudioPlugin

I found an issue that when I used WebAudioPlugin and set the loop to 2, the sound played 3 times, but when I used HTMLAudioPlugin with the same loop it played 2 times!

Interesting. Two loops should result in 3 plays, so the WebAudio version in your tests is correct.

Both types extend AbstractSoundInstance, which handles the loop count - so in theory the same code drives both. We can check it out.

Maybe related... I am getting the loop event firing when the sound first plays rather than after the sound plays - it does fire after the sound as well - but I don't think it should be firing right away as soon as I play the sound. Using : https://code.createjs.com/createjs-2015.11.26.min.js
