Now that renovations seem to be a regular thing, it would be great to have some motel filters. I'm thinking and/or combinations of motels with rooms/without rooms, motels I've capped/I haven't capped, motels I own/don't own. That way you can find motels that fit your own personal criteria for renovating. Eg I'd like to find a motel I don't own and haven't capped and which has no spare rooms.
