[readme.md] Typo in default specification version

I can't create issue.

For actual cdxgen version in help:

--spec-version CycloneDX Specification version to use. Defaults to 1.6 [number] [default: 1.6]

In example part in readme.md:

The default specification used by cdxgen is 1.5. To generate BOM for a different specification version, such as 1.6 or 1.4

The default version is 1.6 in cdxgen. Let me check about the issue creation issue.

maybe it is a issue with creating a discussion.
cdxgen discussions can created by contributors only.
