Description of bug

The icons seem to be missing on the dnn docs site:

https://docs.dnncommunity.org/content/getting-started/

The Glyphicon font does not load..

Steps to reproduce

List the steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open one of the sub-pages of the documents site
  2. See the icons mssing
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

During the refactor of docfx, the new default template has less depenendencies (and we were inheriting from it). This means we now have to provide our own fonts which this PR does.
