Moving python-tidal to an organization

To make it easier to maintain python-tidal, @tamland and I are considering to move python-tidal to an organization instead of the private user account that is currently being used.

This would help myself (and other interested contributors) to drive the project forward, eg. by adding more CI/CD and allowing better user interaction by changing how PRs are presented to contributors and also fill in a default message when creating issues.

Any thoughts about this are welcome. Of course the project will continue its open-source spirit, with me as the maintainer.
