Dev branch- Results not changing/updating

Mid-way through usage results stopped changing/updating? See screenshot I would expect when typing in a bunch of gibberish it would just be the WebSearch plugin returning results, but rest of the plugin results still stayed and if I scroll up to the last result it is the expected WebSearch result. Seems like an issue with old results clearing.

Do not know how I have triggered this issue yet.

From log file, it is because Flow does not cleared old results and new results are put in the bottom of the results

@jjw24 Could you please use installer in #3512 to test? I think the info is still not enough to resolve the issue.

This should help. I reproduced missing programs and results not updating issues. Look towards the end of the log.

I reproduced by continuously typing and retyping a bunch of gibberish queries.

I find toke is cancelled somehow. Quite weird.

@jjw24 Since this issue is related to updateSource, I reverted changes of updateSource & updateToken in #3314. Could you please check if #3513 can work for you?
