[Already Happened] When will Lighthouse 10 be used for PageSpeedInsights?

Until 10.0.2 Release Notes usually included and to PageSpeed Insights within 2 weeks..
Is there any date you target for PageSpeed Insight release (PSI still runs 9.X)?
Or will the be an announcement (ahead of time)?
Or is there a Google Group where I should ask this question, because it is not directly related to the LH OSS project?

Reason for asking is, as I use both Lighthouse CLI runs and the PageSpeed API, I would like to keep them in sync as much as possible.

FYI today was the first time I observed LH 10.0.2 in Page Speed insights
