Lighthouse report using DevTools does not take into account custom settings from DevTools such as Network and CPU

Hi Everyone,

I order to fine-tune our performance strategy I identified the setting that will better emulate our users, after doing that proceeding to execute the lighthouse report I found interesting the fact that none of my changes are shown on the report, even when using lighthouse CLI. I found this inconvenient and even found a post on StackOverflow talking about it.

I think you aren't defining your throttling method properly. The flag is --throttling-method=devtools but you are using --throttling.method=devtools

You are right, thank you I used the wrong flag. However, my initial inquiry is about the UI use of LightHouse. Let me update the description
