[ENHANCEMENT] Add Baseline newly and widely available breakdowns

We have individual Baseline years as lists in the side bar, but no quick overview of things that have recently become newly or widely available. It would make sense to break this up in monthly intervals, (newly available in January/February, widely available in January) and upcoming widely available features.

This breakdown would make it easier to see the progress on the platform vs a flat list, and might make more sense as a start page.
