Probably should premise this by stating I'm likely doing this incorrectly rather than your website not functioning and I'm new to bug reports so please bare with me.
However, when I use the markdown feature to include links for example this habit "Do five lichess puzzles" it provides a link to click on, but when clicked on, it takes me to https://habitica.com/www.lichess.org/training rather than the link desired. I suspect this is a bug, but I'm not entirely sure. So therefore the markdown linking feature doesn't seem to be working as expected.

In Markdown (sometimes) I think if you don't include the protocol (https://) it assumes you're writing a relative url, so it appends it to the site's URL. I don't know Habitica's markdown implementation specifically, but that might be a short-term solution assuming that's the intended implementation.
