Add promo_code to orders export file

I am using promo_codes for tracking affiliate sales. In order to calculate how much to pay out to each affiliate, I need to have a detailed view of which promo code is attached to each ticket. (Yes, the Promo Codes page has a count of how were used for each promo, but it isn't detailed enough to calculate payments to affiliates where we need to know the specifics of the orders related to that promo code). Would also be nice to have a column in the orders export that shows the original (undiscounted) price as well.

Good suggestion. Development for v8.X.X is now frozen except for security fixes, but this will be included in v1.0.0.
