Summary:
The latest version of scipy-openblas32 (v0.3.29.0.0) is available on PyPI, but it does not provide a wheel for the ppc64le architecture. This causes installation failures in environments that rely on pre-built wheels, especially in CI/CD pipelines targeting ppc64le.

Expected Behavior:

A platform wheel for ppc64le should be available for this version, similar to previous versions like 0.3.27.63.1.

The config is still present:

arch: ppc64le

I don't see a PR disabled it on purpose, so perhaps it started failing silently. @mattip do you know?

@sandeepgupta12 out of interest, where are you using these wheels?

The webhook integration (visible only to maintainers) is failing. I will look into it.

Ahh, no, it seems we have run out of "credits" (although no credits are needed for ppc64le). We are only using travis for the ppc64le builds, the arm64 (called aarch64 in wheel platform spec) wheels are now built in github. We should update the travis.yml appropriately, and (done) I will ask travisci support what is happening.

Travis support re-enabled the builds, and #196 is building. Thanks for the heads-up

Once the ci successfully uploads the wheels to https://anaconda.org/scientific-python-nightly-wheels/scipy-openblas32/ and https://anaconda.org/scientific-python-nightly-wheels/scipy-openblas64/ I will get them onto PyPI.
