macOS Mojave is insane and we can't do portable applications on it anymore

MultiMC version: 0.6.2-1163

Operating System: Mac os x mojave

Summary of the issue or suggestion:

Trying to launch multimc freezes my mac up and only a power off fixes it

What should happen:

Multimc should open normally

Steps to reproduce the issue (Add more if needed):

1. Try to launch multimc normally

Same situation in Mojave with a different set-up:
2015 MB Pro 13"
3.1 GHz i7
16 GB
OS 10.14.4

[Edit] Letting it sit for another 5-7 minutes will eventually unfreeze everything until you try to launch an instance or import another instance. Only the cursor remains free.

Mojave blocks the launch because it checks all the files in the application every time.

I'd call it an OS bug, but Apple will never fix this. It's intentional.
