[BUG]: USD Composer - Textures missing during import in random timings

Description

Textures in an USD assets not loading properly even though the textures exists in path. Sometimes it loads fine during opening in new session but most of the time it gives missing texture.

Tested in multiple machines but same issue.

Ryzen 9 7950X
Windows 11 Pro 26100.3037
RTX 3060 12GB, Studio driver 572.16

Reproduction Steps

Since this happening randomly, i'm giving a generic steps in offline machine,

Export an asset USD with relative textures from Houdini
Import it into USD Composer
