Read Calendar events with recurrences no luck

Greetings,

My app is so far that I can dig now in events with recurrences. Created a few in Outlook and I am using

calendar.get_events(query=query, limit=None, include_recurring=True)

However, when reading this events the recurrence property shows 'No recurrence enabled'.

What am I missing?
