Please could you give a bit more context. Is this with the installer? Could you validate the permissions on the obs-plugins directory by right-clicking and viewing Permissions

I'm having the same issue. I'm using the .exe installer on a Windows 11 computer. I ran it as administrator to see if that would help, but no dice. Unfortunately it doesn't give me any more information about why it can't install \obs-plugins\64bit\win-spout.dll, but I hope I provided the right permission screen in my screenshots

I was getting the same error on a new Windows 11 computer but then I realized that I had forgotten to install OBS! Aftert that the error went away. Make sure you have OBS installed.
