I don't think that is related to Open-Shell. It doesn't affect any other windows than Explorer ones.
It seems you are using some custom theme or so. I'd say it is related to that.
Thanks ge0rdi, you forget the crap you have running on your system some times. Yes, themes. Been using Stardocks WindowsBlind v.11 so long forgot it was there. Seems the Aero 11 theme I like has issues with the current version of Open Shell. Going to uninstall "Shell", well remove the registry entry and see if Classic Shell has same issue...guessing it will. Also going to see if I can install Open Shell without "explorer" components? You know the shame is that MS has dumb-down the OS so much now it's sad. If I had wanted a MAC, I would have gone that route after I left my Radio Shack TRS-80. I really miss "XP" and even more now "Windows 7"! Windows 10 is truly a "graphical nightmare", non-tech users should not have to go into the registry to make a color change and risk turning their computer into a "brick!" Thanks for the heads-up.
