MAISI Inference

I am trying to use MAISI inference, however I would like to do the inference based on my dataset (my segmentations). when I changed the all_mask_dir_path in .env, still inference fails as it expects a certain hierarchy only available in "all_masks_flexible_size_and_spacing_3000" dataset.

so my question is how to use MAISI inference based on my own segmentation masks.

Make sure to update the configuration and modify the config file to align with the existing JSON file.
