由于官方并没有在 M1 上编译 PyQt 导致安装存在一些问题。 M1 上的 Python 不能直接使用 x64 的 PyQt5。但是 M1 上可以运行 x64 的 Python。所以通过安装 x64 的 Python 然后再安装 PyQt5 即可。
