Verify if weights are correct

In curvature entropy gradient, the weights from the neighborhood lookup are used for the gradient, but seemingly do not affect the energy.

The weights are used however in the sigma/kappa computation.

Verify if the final energy term is correct

I don't know. I'm sure nothing's changed, but I'm not sure what needs to be done.

Nothing has changed. I don't understand the equations in that code well and where the weight should come in. +this will affect every single use case and potentially require retuning of hyperparameters
