Unable to propagate constraints (cutting plane and FFC) to shapes that are not yet loaded

When applying constraints from one shape to the rest of the cohort, if there are shapes that haven't been loaded yet (e.g. > 16), then the cutting plane won't properly apply:

Propagating FFC to non-loaded shapes will give an error:

I believe this was fixed, but need to confirm.
