Bug description

  • Recurring planned maintenance isn't working as expected in the case when both start time and end time are present.
  • all the alerts get silenced when the current time is between start time and end time

Expected behavior

  • the alerts should only get silenced for that duration window between the start time and end time on a daily basis for a daily reccuring schedule

How to reproduce

  • create a planned maintenance ( recurring daily with both start and end )
  • you will see the alerts getting silenced always between that time period.
