Vue detected two times by vue-devtools

Describe the issue / bug.

I'm not sure if this is causing me any problems or not, but I'm getting maxiumum call stack exceeded every now and then, so I'm just trying to figure out where that happens.

How can I reproduce this problem?

If visual, provide a screenshot.

• NPM version: 5.8.0
• vue-cli version: (if necessary)
• Operating System: macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

Are you sure this isn't just occurring when you save a change and the hot-reload refreshes the page?

Try to solve this problem by manually adding vue-devtools in main.
