Distinguish sidebar from main content

Right now, the sidebar on pages such as Documents & Tutorials has a very low contrast to the main content; when first visiting the page, I'm not sure where to look first. This can be fixed in a variety of ways. A quick and effective one is to give the sidebar a light grey background color, such as rgb(230,230,230).

This might help.

Having high contrast is important for our new website and not having it is a common design mistake. As we continue tweaking the site, we should keep it in mind. To hell with unreadable, low-contrast texts!
