Improve installation docs: add Katana install (Linux) + WSL2 mention (Windows) #4109

Two quick improvements for the docs:

Linux install
Add Katana as a required dependency. It’s not installed automatically when using the prebuilt binary but I could see it as a step on the Dockerfile so, I'd add it, to Linux documentation
Windows install
Mention WSL2 + Ubuntu as an alternative to Docker, with a note to follow the Linux instructions once inside WSL.
