[router-generator] Framework specific file-naming conventions

Currently, the routeTree generation support file routes of the following naming:

• solid: .tsx, .ts (jsx: preserve, jsxImportSource: "solid-js")
• react: .tsx, .ts (jsx: "react-jsx")

RFC for also having the router-generator be able to handle:

• angular: .ts - (it's likely not necessary to detect .component.ts, because that convention is being outphased)
• vue: .vue, .tsx, .ts (jsx: preserve, jsxImportSource: "vue")
• svelte: .svelte

maybe we can generalize this even further as a plugin mechanism? so we could allow a e.g. a mdx file route
