stackblitz example includes timestamp in app.config.ts filename

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://tanstack.com/router/latest/docs/framework/react/examples/start-basic
2. Click on the link to open in stackblitz

3. See that in stackblitz, there is an app.config.ts but also another app.config.timestamp_[[some timestamp]].ts. There is also an ERR_DLOPEN_DISABLED error in the terminal (seems to be related to some native dependencies of tailwind).
4. If you delete the timestamped config file the dev server creates many replacements
