Failed to start docker.service

I used the curl script to install websploit. Went through most of it as planned. When it was done I went to do the docker start command and get Failed to start docker.service : Unit docker.service not found.

I pretty sure i need to reinstall kali (again). I had everything working fine including docker. Ran all the after install procedures, but when i reboot i won't start because docker-service fails to start.

I cant even run the commands because apt-key isn't on kali anymore. So how do i address that? I have tried a couple of the resources i have found but nothing seems to be working.
