We have configured Update Dashboard Widgets. When we click on it, it shows user who has commented and comment (this also not fully readable), here we are not able to understand the module name where this comment is added. It should show comment comment related to module name and link to open that module record.

If possible to share code to update this requirement, this will help a lot.
