Hi there Having little problem with configuring tickets and only one email address. What I need is to:
Cannot do it with one email address as Roundube config allowing for only one IMAP host with the same name. |

Did that with custom SENDITEMS label in gmail, to which I setting new sent emails. Mailscanner checking this folder only. Problem was that in sent we have 18k emails and that created mess. In scanner "Addresses omitted while executing an action creating tickets" I set all corporate aliases so no tickets are produced. Done |
