Mailscanner ignoring forwarded emails from aliases

Scenario:

[email protected] - mailbox
[email protected] - alias

Emails are automatically forwarded from [email protected] to [email protected], but mailscanner ignoring this forwarded email (not triggering any action)
It looks like mailscanner not only checking folders but also TO which have to match mailscanner origin email.
It also fails on CC, BCC.
Maybe it is unnecessary limitation?
