Copy/transfer data from 'Sales order' to 'Goods dispached note' to 'Sales invoices' (Workflows)

Hello,

unfortunately I am fighting since days with that process/workflow:

1. A sales order is created in YF and status is set to completed. After that, I expeted that YF would automaticly create a 'Goods dispached note' in the next step, but this is not done. So I checked the workflows an found an deactivated workflow 'Create IGDN', but this only sets a status (in an non existant) 'Goods dispached note'.
2. So I created a new workflow, where nearly all data (e.g. customer) from the 'Sales order' are transferred to a 'Goods dispached note, when 'Sales Order' Status is set to Completed.
3. My problem is, that I can find no way to transfer the ordered products, services, quantity, etc. into that 'Goods dispached note' - there is no field / variable offered in that workflow (see screenshot).
4. The next step would be to create an 'Sales invoice' when that 'Goods dispached note' is aproved - but here is the same problem, can not copy the desired data (products, services, quantity, ...)
