Payment method with automatic fees

How do I add fees to payment methods, for example.

Payment in cash after 30 days plus 5% fee

Payment in cash after 60 days plus 10% fee

I've already created the payment options and fees, but I need to add them manually.

Is it possible to change automatically, when selecting the payment method the fee is already applied?
