1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Spray a miniature muffin pan with cooking spray.

3. Insert wonton wrappers into the muffin pan so as to form a small cups.

4. Baked 5 minutes in the preheated oven.

7. In medium bown, mix sausage, Monterey Jack, Cheddar, black olives and Ranch-style dressing.

5. Quickly, to avoid complete saturation, dip ends of ladyfingers in coffee mixture.

6. Place ladyfingers in a single layer in a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.

7. Spread a layer of cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.

8. Repeat layers, ending with cheese mixture.

9. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

1. 8 ounces spiral pasta

4. 8 tiger prawns, peeled and deveined

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

2. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dante.

4. Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.

6. Toss in prawns, and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
